Dan Perjovschi uses easily understandable visual language, with simple figures enacting humorous yet poignant socio-political critiques. By drawing them in public spaces, they function as a constant and incisive commentary on worldwide political situations, including issues concerning the East or the West.

Dan Perjovschi will come to work and research in Greece over a whole week-so that his new sketches will comment on Greek and Balkan current affairs. The exhibition will take place in Moraitis School in the Northern suburbs of Athens. Drawing on the walls of the school with pen or chalk, he will create a fertile dialogue with the students bringing them in touch with art on a daily basis.
